Does your coffee need a seasonal upgrade? Once Thanksgiving is passed, I am full-fledged Christmas mode, and that includes my coffee!! As those who frequent the blog know, I have been on a quest to clean up our diets by using better quality ingredients in our foods and beverages. I do not always make the “best of the best” choice, but if you knew where I came from, you would know how much progress I’ve made! This is just a little background for why I created this clean Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer.
I wanted something without sugar and without all the nasty chemicals my old favorite creamer contained! It needed to have wholesome ingredients that I could feel good about putting in my morning coffee without sacrificing that seasonal flavor I love so much. I don’t claim that this is a copycat, however. If you have tried to switch to cleaner products/ foods, you know that it can take some time. Our bodies are so used to the chemicals that when we use real ingredients, sometimes it just doesn’t taste right! Give yourself a few cups of coffee to adjust to real ingredients and I know you won’t be disappointed!

Tools for Making Clean Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer
So, let’s get going! This creamer is super simple to make and barely takes over 5 minutes total! Here are the tools you will need:
- Quart Size Mason Jar
- Milk Frother
- Small Spatula
- Measuring Cups/ Spoons
- Liquid Measuring Cup
- Glass Jar for Storing (or if you have a lid for your Mason jar, that will work)
Ingredient List
- 1/3 cup Pyure Organic Stevia Sweetener
- 2 1/4 cups Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk (if I can’t find Organic, I look for cleaner ingredients and non-GMO at the least)

Storage
Store this creamer in a glass jar with a lid. Alternatively, if you have a lid for your Mason jar, that’s a great option too! The creamer should keep for 1-2 weeks, but I doubt it sits around that long! hehe

May Your Days Be Merry & Bright
As you enjoy the most wonderful time of the year, I hope your peppermint mocha coffee is like a warm hug on a cold day! Best of all, it’s healthy and you’ve saved all that money you would have spent at the local coffee shop! Win-win situation! So, sit back and enjoy guilt free!
Merry Christmas, Friends!
